So many "technically no" answers here. It doesn't technically manipulate your hand (but it gives you card advantage similar to brainstorm), it doesn't technically have to be sacrificed to draw a card (but it does have to be taken off the battlefield)

I recommend offering an upfront percentage increase between sorted/unsorted and sleeved/unsleeved collections. I would imagine that even 5% each would still increase efficiency enough to make you and the seller more money. Also, this video is a great example of how economies of scale work in real-time, the need for after-action reviews after successful projects, and opportunity costs. The concept of charging higher prices to help pace your staff output, and the desire for mid-priced cards over high-value cards to ensure consistent cash flow all great information. You've basically presented an entire course's worth of knowledge in microeconomics in a 30-minute video.
